Pedometer Step Counter PRO by Runtastic App Reviews

It doesnt worth the money you pay for the PRO version. I expected automatic switch on and off as Runkeeper does, thats the real meaning of "working in the background" In the other App you dont need to start walking session manually, the phone records your movement without even unblock the screen. Pedometer PRO is poor.

This app would be perfect if you would include the ability to have 1/ the voice coach like in runtastic (voice informing on time spent each x minutes) and 2/ ability to launch the music!

The UI is OK and the syncing is a great feature. However, the apps accuracy in measuring the footsteps is HORRIBLE. Please work on it..

I feel scammed. This app was suppose to be free if I bought FreeApps Pro for $1.99. Yet, it still cost me $3.99! And now it doesnt even work! Has stopped working during every walk taken since I bought it. Terrible! Im very unhappy

This one is not perfect on my 4S, and Forget to count sometime, but ghe question is, why so much apps to do the same thing? I have Runtastic Pro and feel happy with it ;)

It seems to work fine and get my steps right! Make sure to go into the settings and change the walking style to running, golfing, Hiking. Theres many others that definitely make it better!

This app is fantastic. But please add these updates: • You should be able to exit the app and do something else and it will still work in the background. • You should be able to erase the data of sessions. • Improved accuracy please. I am not experiencing the problems that other people are, anyways .. try it out! Its worth it! Very good app.

It needs to be able to run in the background. And it didnt calculate 30% of my steps.

Thare isnt an setting for jogging and I go jogging with my dad now so the jogging setting would help

I take 5 steps and it says I take 20 I dont get it

Inaccurate- inconsistent- number of steps usually wrong - stops working- waste of money.

Having nothing to compare it to yet I am unsure of its accuracy so cant really comment on that bit. Easy to startup tho and I love the saving options. I use it exclusively to track my steps while at work just to see how much running around I actually do in a shift. So far it seems plausible info. :)

this app now crashes everytime i try and upload my finished session but otherwise its awesome. theres also a big delay of when the screen to set additional data for the session comes up.. please fix this ASAP.

I still use the app but... It tells a very different story about stride, speed and distance. It great to use with my calorie counting app though. Which is why I keep it.

Worked great for a few months but now it wont track calories or distance. Very frustrating!

Works ok but but some little fixes would help. Would be nice if screen did not disappear when you pause app, would be nice if it tracked pace rather than speed. When you stop swinging hand so you can read what speed you are running at the display also slows down. I wanted this app to track my running on an inside track during the winter. It is better than nothing and better than spending a lot of money, but dont expect a lot

I love all the runtastic apps. The pedometer helps motivate me to put in my daily steps.

I really like this App! It actually "looks" fun! Eye catching, which is why I bought it, and I actually feel more motivated to get out there and exercise, because I look forward to see what this cool App has to offer!!! Awesome! :) Thanks for this cool App! :)
